Questions before you start
Is there a contract?
Not on Website Care. It is £30 a month and you can cancel any time. Website + Care is paid yearly and renews at the same price.
How quickly can you start?
Care usually starts within one working day. New websites are ready to review within 24 hours.
Do I have to move my hosting?
No. Hosting is included if you want it, and moving your site is included too, with any overlap with your current host covered. Keeping your own hosting is fine.
What if something breaks?
If it breaks, we fix it. Broken forms, layout issues and plugin conflicts are covered by your plan.
Are changes and new features included?
Changes and new features are quoted first, so you always know the cost before any work starts.
What do I get with Website + Care?
A professionally designed 5-page website, plus the same care and hosting as Website Care, for £324 a year.
