What exactly do you update?
We keep your WordPress core, theme and plugins updated safely and consistently. Updates are checked to ensure your website remains stable and secure.
Will this break my website?
WordPress updates are carried out carefully and checked afterwards to make sure everything is working as expected. Although no update is completely risk-free, daily backups mean your website can quickly be restored if something unexpected happens.
Do I need to move my hosting to you?
No.
You can keep your existing hosting if you’re happy with it. If you’d prefer everything in one place, hosting is included with both plans and we’ll migrate your website for free. If you’re still tied into another hosting provider, we’ll even cover any overlap so you don’t pay twice.
What’s the catch with the free website?
Honestly? There isn’t one — but here’s how it works. We make our money from you staying, not from building your website. So it’s in our interest that your website actually works for you. You pay £324 for the year, and your website build, hosting, security and ongoing care are all included.
How long does the website take to build?
Most new websites are ready to review within 24 hours.
We’ll build the first version using your branding, content and any information you’ve provided. From there, we’ll work with you to make any changes before it goes live.
What’s in the monthly report?
A simple summary of everything we’ve done during the month, including updates, backups, security checks and any fixes carried out. No technical jargon—just clear, plain English.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly Website Care has no contracts, so you can cancel whenever you like.
Annual Website + Care renews once a year at the same price, giving you a full year of hosting, support and Website Care.
